Ghostwriting

 Hi everyone!

I hope you have all been well.

These past few weeks have been VERY busy. Between working full time, content writing, Managing the social media accounts for my boyfriend's Youtube account, editing his videos, and my handmade goods store, one might say that I am swamped.

I enjoy keeping myself very busy, but right now I feel like I'm too busy.

Thankfully, with the holidays approaching, I'll be able to take some downtime to relax and enjoy some time with my family and my boyfriend.

Hi everyone!

I hope you are all doing well. I just wanted to take the time to jump on here and talk to you about an amazing opportunity I got a few days ago.

I was approached by an amazing woman with a very sad story looking to have me help her create an asylum letter.

An asylum letter is a document required along with other paperwork stating why you are claiming refugee status here in Canada.

In order to write her letter, I essentially had to interview her to find out what her reasons were for staying.

My customer is originally from Africa, and due to her sexual orientation and a series of events related to it, was forced into hiding and fled her homeland. Her story has honestly moved me to tears and it while doing a bit of research for her letter learning about the anti-gay sentiment that is felt through former British colonies in Africa is heartbreaking and learning about the acts committed towards them is shocking.

Listening to the acts committed by vigilante groups and the encouragement given by the government and media was gut-wrenching and made me extremely angry.

During my research, I learned that in Ghana, where my client is originally from, engaging in homosexual acts is punishable by a three-year jail sentence, however, these vigilante groups have been known to go around and essentially beating to death anyone who is accused of being apart of the LGBT community.

Listening to my client's story, the only thing I could think of is how brave she is to have faced all of this and being able to escape that and come to Canada where she is now able to be herself.

I truly thank her from the bottom of my heart for giving me the opportunity to help her tell her story.

Hi everyone! I hope you've all been well.

Best Keyword Research Tools

Let’s say you’re a new content creator, or you’ve been creating content for some time, be it Blog Posts, YouTube videos or a small business selling products online but you haven’t been getting a lot of traffic on your site. Using SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tools such as SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner or Long Tail Pro help to increase the visibility of your content, thus increasing the amount of organic traffic.

With so many options, how do you know what SEO tool is right for you? Here’s a brief look at some SEO products that could help you!

1)    SEMrush

SEMrush is probably on the best SEO tools on the market. While other tools would produce a list of words for you to choose from, SEMrush gives you a list of approximately 10 keywords that are used by other competitors, however you do have to dig a bit deep into your pockets for this one as their PRO account is $83 per month.

2)    Google Keyword Planner

Google Keyword Planner is a simple platform with a few features. While there are a few things that this platform is lacking it is the most accurate source of keyword data as the information comes directly from Google and works well with AdSense. This service is free.

3)    KWFinder

KWFinder is an easy to use tool with very little difficulty and have a lot of great features such as; the ability of find keywords in any language, the option to choose keywords from a great list of keywords and SERP (Search Engine Results Page) overview with suggestions. While they are one of the cheaper options at $30 per month, they are a trusted company used by corporations such as Airbnb, Adidas and Deloitte.

4)      Answer the Public

Answer the public generates words using the questions asked to Google’s autocomplete results and is a great way to generate topics. While this tool is free, there is a limit of two searches for free per day.

5)    Ahrefs’ Keyword Generator

Ahrefs’ pulls 100 keyword ideas from an extensive database of over 10 billion words covering 170 countries and also provides an estimated search volume for each suggestion. The biggest draw to this is that you can also search for keywords across Bing, YouTube and Amazon.

6)    Screaming From

One of the best tools to help fix any technical SEO problems hands down has to be the Screaming Frog. This amazing tool gets into every nook and cranny of your site and generates a report detailing any potentially problematic issues and also has a nifty tool to help locate any duplicate content.

These programs are all amazing, but the key is to find something that works for you. Do some research, look at the pros and cons. A great way of figuring out what other programs are out there is not only searching online but posting questions on support group boards. Network, and don’t be afraid talk to other content creators and see what other options are available.
